All Fragrance products are packed in temperature-controlled, insulated packaging with medical-grade cold packs to ensure your items arrive at peak freshness.

What is the shelf life of your spice blends and oils?

Most of our artisanal oils and spice blends have a shelf life of 12 to 18 months. Each product is labeled with a specific 'Best By' date for your convenience.

Do you offer international shipping for perishable items?

Currently, we only ship our perishable gourmet goods within the continental United States to guarantee food safety and quality standards upon arrival.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food products. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.

Are your products suitable for those with nut allergies?

While many of our products do not contain nuts, all items are processed in a facility that handles tree nuts, peanuts, and soy. Please check individual ingredient labels for specific allergen information.
